These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hhbd platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the site, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the site.
1 Definitions and Applicability
In these Terms, "hhbd", "we", "our", and "platform" refer to the hhbd service and its operating entity. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who uses the site or opens an account.
These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users located in Bangladesh. hhbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after updated Terms are published on this page will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account or use any service on the hhbd platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. hhbd reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit any deposited funds if a false age is provided at registration.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled. Operating two separate accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method also falls under this policy.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other information provided at registration must be completely true and accurate. hhbd may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3 Account Protection and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you notice unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify hhbd support immediately. hhbd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your account password with a third party.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at hhbd is ৳100 (via any payment method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are accepted withdrawal methods. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if account verification is not complete.
4.3 Source of Funds
The user must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. In cases of illegal or suspicious transactions, hhbd may suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
hhbd offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, on a deposit of ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and you must complete ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers before withdrawing.
The following conditions apply to receiving bonus benefits:
- Each user will receive the first deposit bonus only once.
- Bonus balance cannot be used to wager across multiple accounts.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- hhbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found, the account and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
hhbd's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.
Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. For example, a Gold level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. To move up to a higher level, you must remain regularly active and continue betting.
7 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhbd platform:
- Using the site for money laundering or any other purpose of cleaning illegal funds.
- Betting or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intention of wrongfully obtaining bonus benefits.
- Knowingly exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Attempting to control outcomes by coordinating or colluding on betting plans with other users.
- Impersonating hhbd or its staff.
If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, hhbd may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.
8 Responsible Gaming
hhbd believes that betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed within limits. We encourage all our users to play responsibly. In line with hhbd's responsible gaming policy, users can set their own deposit limits and temporarily suspend their account if needed.
If you notice signs of gambling addiction, seek help immediately and consult a professional if necessary. No one under the age of 21 may use hhbd.
9 Data Protection and Privacy
hhbd is committed to protecting users' personal information. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and improving service quality. 10 Services and Technical Support
10.1 Support Channels

10.2 Service Disruptions
Temporary service disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, hhbd will make reasonable decisions regarding any ongoing bets and will take users' interests into consideration.
11 Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability
If a dispute arises between a user and hhbd, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through hhbd support. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled through mediation by mutual agreement of both parties.
hhbd will not be held liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks). Any financial risk from playing games or betting on the platform is considered to have been voluntarily accepted by the user.
12 Terms of Mobile Application Use
hhbd's Android and iOS apps are available and must be obtained through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to use of the mobile app. All transactions and betting activity conducted through the app are fully subject to these Terms.
13 Changes and Termination of Terms
hhbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. If a user does not agree with the updated Terms, they may close their account and, where applicable, withdraw their balance.
